Using the mobile app

How do I sign in?

On the sign-in screen, enter your email and password, then tap Continue. If your account was created with a username, you can enter it in the same field.

If you do not have an account yet, tap Don’t have an account? Register on the same screen.

I forgot my password

  1. On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password?.
  2. Enter your email and tap Send reset link.
  3. Open the link in the email and set a new password. The link expires in 15 minutes. If the email does not arrive, tap Resend on the same screen.

Resetting a password needs an email address on your account. If your account has no email address, write to info@berc.az.

Plans and features

Your organisation’s plan decides which sections of the app are available (for example files, scheduled tasks, approvals or voice). The plan is managed by your organisation’s administrator.

If the app says a section is not part of your plan, or that a balance has run out, contact your organisation’s administrator.

How do I delete my account?

In the app:

  1. Open the side menu and tap your name at the bottom.
  2. Choose Profile.
  3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

You can also delete your account without the app on the Delete account page. That page also explains what is deleted and what is kept.

How do I report an AI answer?

Under every AI answer, next to the Copy button, there is a warning-triangle icon — Report this answer. Tap it, choose a reason (Offensive, Harmful or dangerous, Inaccurate or Something else), add a comment of up to 1000 characters if you like, and tap Send report. Our team reviews every report.
