Delete your OrgSysAI account

OrgSysAI is an AI workspace for organisations, developed by BERC&Partners. This page explains how to delete your OrgSysAI account and its data — in the app, or right here without the app — and what happens to your data afterwards.

Delete in the app

  1. Open the OrgSysAI app (or the orgsysai.com website) and sign in.
  2. Open your Profile.
  3. Choose Delete account.
  4. Review what will be deleted, choose a new admin if asked, type the confirmation word and enter your password.
  5. Confirm — you are signed out and the account is deleted.

If you have already uninstalled the app or can't open it, use the form below.

Delete on this page (no app needed)

  1. Sign in below with the email (or username) and password you use for OrgSysAI.
  2. Check what will be deleted. If you are your organisation's last admin, choose who will manage it after you.
  3. Type the confirmation word (DELETE) and press Delete my account permanently.

Delete your account

1. Sign in

Your password is used only to confirm the account is yours. You stay signed in only on this page, until you close it.

What is deleted

Immediately

  • Your account: your name, username, email, password and profile. You are signed out on every device and nobody can sign in to the account any more.
  • Your conversations (with their files, charts and approval requests), your projects and their files, scheduled tasks, settings and permissions — they are no longer visible to anyone, including your organisation's admins.
  • Connected services (Google and others): access tokens are deleted and the access you gave Google is also revoked on Google's side. Linked desktop and browser devices are disconnected.
  • Reports on AI answers you filed, and your sign-in and password-reset history.

Within 30 days

  • The text of your conversations, your files and the documents the assistant created for you are fully erased from our storage. File deletion starts right away; if it fails, it is retried every night.

Your organisation

  • If you are the only member of your organisation, the organisation is deleted together with your account: its name, settings and all of its data.
  • If you had a paid plan, automatic renewal stops and the saved card is removed. Unused paid time and AI balance are not refunded automatically; for refund questions write to info@berc.az.
  • If the organisation stays, your seat is released and its admins see an “account deleted” entry in the audit log. If you are the last admin, you choose the new admin before deleting.

What is kept, and for how long

  • Payment and billing records — 5 years. Amount, date, plan, the last 4 digits of the card, the payment number and the usage records the charges were calculated from are kept because accounting and tax law require it. Your name and email are removed from them, so they no longer point to you.
  • Audit records stay so that the organisation's history remains consistent, but your name, IP address and details are removed from them.
  • Backups. Deleted data can remain in database backup copies until they are next overwritten. Backups are not used for anything else and are never restored into the live service.
  • AI model providers. Text that was sent to a model provider to produce an answer is kept by that provider under its own terms; we cannot delete it from their systems.

Deleting only some data

You don't have to delete your account to delete your data: you can delete individual conversations and files in the app or on the website at any time.

An organisation's admin can also disable a member's account. Disabling only blocks sign-in — it is not deletion.
